Payment Assist offers eligible customers the option to spread the cost of servicing, MOTs and vehicle repairs on qualifying bookings between £250 and £1,000.

At In Town Automotive, we understand that unexpected vehicle costs can sometimes put pressure on your finances. Payment Assist provides an alternative way to pay, allowing eligible customers to split the cost of qualifying work into four payments.

To apply for a Payment Assist plan, call our team on 01604 666700. Payment Assist will assess your application, including your eligibility and affordability.

Once your application has been approved, your booking will be scheduled.

How It Works

1. Place your booking

Choose eligible servicing, MOT or repair work with a total value between £250 and £1,000.

2. Contact our team

Call us on 01604 666700 and let us know you’d like to apply for a Payment Assist plan.

3. Complete your application

Payment Assist will ask you to provide the information required to assess your application.

4. Make your first payment

If your application is approved, you’ll make an initial payment followed by the remaining scheduled payments in line with your agreement.

5. Receive your booking

Once your application has been approved and the initial payment has been completed, your booking will be confirmed and scheduled.
Payments are collected automatically from your nominated debit card on the agreed dates.
